The idea for this community come from the Daily_intake community. However I wanted a community for people who had any weight loss goals, or just any goals in general. Whether its just to eat more veggies, or to eat a certain amount of calories, or to stick to your personal diet plan.
Post your goals and a little bit about yourself... then each day (or near enough) post how your day went. You either have a good day or a bad day. If you have a good day you will get rewarded with flashing stars, the more good days you have the more flashinghearts you will have. (Total good days) (Current months good days)
